Online Banking Specialist- REMOTE After Training

Overview

TEKsystems is hiring a group of Online Banking Specialists to assist a client located in the Wakefield, Massachusetts area. These positions will offer a fully REMOTE schedule once training is completed. This position is a great, foot in the door opportunity with upward mobility and growth available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (open to corporate settings, retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.)
• Friendly, outgoing, positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to articulate solutions in a demanding environment
• Previous retail banking experience highly preferred but not required

Job Description

Hours / Shift

Training (8-10 weeks) : Monday–Friday 8 : 30am–5 : 00pm. After training, employees will work a 40-hour shift between 7am–8pm Monday–Friday and may be required to work Saturday hours 8am–3pm.

Pay

$20-23 / hr (based on experience)
