What You’ll Do as a Supervisor :

As a Starbucks Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include :

• Leading shifts and delegating tasks to baristas to ensure smooth operations.
• Training and coaching team members on beverage standards, customer service, and café procedures.
• Monitoring quality and consistency of drinks and food items to meet Starbucks brand standards.
• Handling guest concerns and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Supporting inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Assisting with onboarding and performance feedback for new and existing team members.
• Jumping in on café tasks when needed—crafting drinks, running the register, and engaging with guests.
