Associate Product Manager
This position will provide marketing support to the Instrument portfolio within the Surgical Business Unit. The candidate will ensure coordination between all necessary Teleflex internal and external groups, such as the sales team, project teams, and external vendors, to help ensure marketing activities are successful. This position will require a keen eye for attention to detail for supporting daily product inquiries from sales and customer service to ensure exceptional service is provided to customers. The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, coachable and possess a desire to expand their knowledge and experience with medical device products, core marketing principles, design controls, regulations, and manufacturing operations.
Provide support for development of sales assets, catalogs, information for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and sales communications. Provide support for sales data analyses that supports execution of tactical plans for the Instruments portfolio. Support the management of programs to drive sales of existing products including targeting, product promotions, etc. Global lifecycle management include communication of supply updates and forecasting needs to stakeholders. Actively participate in cross-functional team discussions to maintain product availability, as required. Provide regular marketing activity status updates to stakeholders. Support the Marketing team with inputs (as needed) to develop yearly strategic plan for the Instruments portfolio. Attend sales meetings as required. Be a team player and take on additional responsibilities as required. Adhere to and ensure the adherence of Teleflex Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

Bachelor's Degree Required 1-3 years marketing experience preferred 1-3 years of healthcare experience preferred Some experience in local brand marketing (line marketing) with responsibility for a brand or portfolio of brands preferred
Microsoft Excel proficiency to handle pivot tables. Strong Ability to focus and prioritize multiple projects or tasks at a given time High level of attention to detail with data and associated analyses Ability to work with colleagues to drive consensus on product portfolio decisions Good communication skills that result in the ability to gain alignment with colleagues to drive consensus on product line decisions Self-starter, knows how to approach the job, passionate about the industry Able to work in a lean environment without a large infrastructure behind him / her Willing to create and fix processes when and where necessary for success Unquestionable ethics and integrity Computer Skills : Have proficiency in Windows, MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Must be competent especially, to handle pivot tables, import and manipulate data using spreadsheets for reporting and presentation purposes.
