We specialize in creating connections between fans and their favorite K-pop artists through a fusion of innovative marketing strategies, immersive music distribution, and providing unparalleled experiences that resonate with fans worldwide. As an independent music label and distribution arm, hello82 is rapidly expanding alongside the ever-growing community of K-pop fanbases. Some of our artists include : ATEEZ, P1Harmony, xikers, THE BOYZ, STAYC, and ONEUS.

About the role

Position : Production Intern

Location : On-site at hello82 LA office / retail space in Los Angeles (Fairfax area)

Work Hours : Between 10 : 30 AM - 7 : 30 PM PT

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of tasks relating to all forms of production on a daily basis
• Go on runs when items must be picked up or delivered
• Assist in administrative duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be labor-intensive
• Assist in defining the project scope and budget
• Communicate with external companies in order to maintain a good working relationship
• Follow up with other internal teams on project schedules and making sure everything is ready
• Perform other duties that may relate to production
