Gap Analyst
The Gap Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing claims to ensure that all required documentation is compliant with contract terms. This role involves evaluating claim files, identifying discrepancies or missing information, and coordinating with dealerships, lenders, and customers to facilitate accurate and timely claim resolution. The Gap Analyst ensures that all claims are managed in accordance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory guidelines. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and familiarity with financial and insurance documentation are essential for success in this role.
