About the Role

As Maintenance Supervisor , you will oversee all aspects of maintenance operations for the facility. You’ll be responsible for equipment performance, preventive and predictive maintenance execution, capital project planning, and team leadership. This role is highly collaborative—requiring coordination with production, engineering, and leadership teams to maintain high uptime and operational efficiency.

This position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and wants to lead by example.

What You’ll Take On

Establish and lead safety-first maintenance practices that protect people and equipment.

Build and oversee proactive maintenance strategies that reduce unplanned downtime and improve system reliability.

Tackle complex technical challenges involving electrical systems, controls, hydraulics, and more.

Lead capital improvement projects—planning, budgeting, coordinating, and delivering.

Develop, mentor, and lead a skilled maintenance team, fostering growth and accountability.

Manage maintenance budgets with a sharp eye on performance, cost, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and plant leadership to align maintenance with operational goals.

Keep records clean, organized, and complete—because performance is built on data.

What You Bring With You

A technical degree in mechanical or electrical disciplines; a bachelor’s degree in engineering is a plus.

At least 10 years of hands-on leadership in maintenance or production within industrial manufacturing.

Deep technical knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical infrastructure.

Proficiency with PLCs, control systems, schematics, and equipment documentation.

Strong communication skills and a calm, confident presence on the floor and in meetings.

Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and performance KPIs.

A mindset rooted in continuous improvement, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
