Lebanon Youth Academy in Lebanon, Tennessee, is an 18-bed residential treatment center for boys ages 12 to 17. The center provides a comprehensive range of services 24 / 7, including mental health treatment, education, art, music, and recreation therapies.
The program employs a trauma-informed approach, offering individual, family, and group therapy sessions, social and life skills training, victim impact awareness, and restorative justice programming. Youth typically stay for 36 months, depending on their progress in reducing criminogenic needs and risk factors, addressing treatment needs, and increasing protective factors.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assistant Facility Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Directly or indirectly supervise facility staff, supporting day-to-day operationsServe as Facility Administrator designee in their absenceHelp lead facility service delivery to ensure youth and staff safety and a therapeutic environmentSupport implementation of the programs therapeutic model for youth developmentEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal health, fire, and safety codesAssist with performance and quality improvement initiativesSupport licensing, accreditation, and contract complianceReport incidents or concerns in accordance with YOI and customer guidelinesAssist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding staff following YOI HR policiesFollow procedures for purchasing, accounting, and budgetingOther Duties Include
Maintain a high standard of professional behavior as a role model for youthParticipate in required training and professional developmentReport any incidents of concern, including youth-to-youth or staff-to-youth interactionsDocument physical interventions and unusual events per guidelinesAssist with organizing and leading the local advisory councilBuild strong community partnerships and volunteer engagementPerform other duties as assignedQualifications
Required :
Bachelors degree in social or behavioral sciencesMinimum of three years experience working with at-risk youth and familiesAt least two years of supervisory experiencePreferred :
Masters degree in a human services fieldTwo years experience managing a residential or community-based programSkills :
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skillsAble to coach staff and lead change in a team environmentOrganized, motivated, and able to work independentlyPhysical Demands
Ability to lift / move up to 20 poundsMust be able to transport clients and respond to physical needsMust be free of communicable diseases as defined by state guidelinesMust be able to pass a physical restraint technique training.Other Requirements
