Compensation Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1,880 - $2,020 per week Travel Nursing Job Details Location : Sioux City, IA 51104 (Iowa travel nursing jobs) Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 8 / 2025 – End : 3 / 9 / 2026) Healthcare Setting : Emergency Room (ER), Nursing Float Unit Shift : 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week (36 hours / week) Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse, On-Site Weekend Requirement : Every 3rd weekend EMR System : EPIC Holiday Requirement : Must work 2 of 3 major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) ER RN Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or Compact State (multi-state nursing license accepted) Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience At least 1 completed travel nurse contract Required Certifications : BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS, TNCC Strong clinical skills and ability to float within the ER and nursing float unit across local campuses Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care abilities Submission materials : updated resume / work history, skills checklist (within 1 year), license verification, required certifications, and 1 supervisory reference ER Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Float as needed within the nursing float unit and across Sioux City healthcare campuses Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR system Respond to medical emergencies and deliver advanced life support as required Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards Participate in required holiday and weekend rotations Discover rewarding travel nursing opportunities in Iowa and experience the charm of Sioux City while working in a supportive, innovative healthcare environment.
