Responsibilities

  • Visit customers in their homes to consult with them to help identify the product that will meet the needs of their homes.
  • Using the tools, training, and sale methodology provided, connect with customers to offer our replacement services.
  • Utilize industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist in closing the sale.
  • Leads are 100% lead generated for you; no cold calling. Appointments are pre-qualified and pre-set, and there is in-house financing, customer service, and more.

Qualifications

  • A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong work ethic, drive, ambition, and focus.
  • Honesty and integrity.
  • Comfortable with using technology throughout the sales process.
  • Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and results orientation.
  • Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License, a reliable vehicle, and car insurance.
