About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a growing team in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Salesforce development experience , with hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Salesforce certifications are a strong plus. This role is W2 and requires local candidates due to onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and customizations.

Implement Apex triggers, classes, and SOQL queries for complex business logic.

Build and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC) for enhanced user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce environments.

Contribute to integration projects with external systems using APIs and web services.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, and LWC .

Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer I / II, Admin).

Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices .

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in enterprise environments.

Local or nearby candidates willing to work onsite.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Proficiency in JavaScript and front-end development.

Knowledge of SQL and database management.

Experience with AWS cloud services or integrations.

Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and APIs.
