Job Purpose :

We’re looking for a Content Creator with a strong interest in social media, video production, and storytelling. This role will focus on scripting, storyboarding, filming, and editing short-form videos in a UGC (user-generated content) style for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The videos are primarily going to be used for advertising on the Meta Ads platform, but will also be used in Vego Garden organic social media.

Previous experience with content creation, video editing, PPC ad creation, or social media marketing is required. This position is 100% in-office and on-site in Tomball, TX.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Conceptualize, script, and storyboard engaging short-form videos for social platforms
• Film high-quality, authentic UGC-style video content that highlights Vego Garden products and brand values
• Edit videos with attention to pacing, trends, and platform best practices
• Stay up to date on social media trends, sounds, and formats, and apply them to new content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm fresh content ideas and campaigns
• Ensure all content aligns with Vego Garden’s brand voice and style
• Appear in content as necessary
• Comply with Company policies and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities :

Physical Demands :

This position involves working both indoors at a desk and outdoors in a farm setting. Must be able to operate a computer for prolonged periods with moderate walking, standing, lifting, carrying, moving objects, reaching and crouching. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Exposure to outdoor environments including hot and cold temperatures and humidity.
