Description :

$75-$85 per regular visit! (30-60 minute visits at your discretion)

Start of Cares- $125-$140 / visit

Re-evaluations (every 60 days)- $90-$110 / visit

About Kids and Adults Home Health provides in-home pediatric & adult OT, PT, Speech and Nursing services. We are now opening an office in Arizona and need caring staff to join us in our mission to serve others!
