Key Responsibilities
Provide support to customers and their families through compassionate conversations during their care journey
Identify and engage with appropriate care service providers based on customer needs
Handle inbound and outbound calls, documenting transactions and ensuring first call resolution
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of call center experience
Experience in long-term care, geriatric care, or home health
Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and email
Ability to manage time effectively and meet performance targets
High integrity and a passion for learning about the long-term care industry
