Manual (UAT) Tester

We are seeking a BA / Manual UAT Tester to support high-impact, fast-paced software testing efforts. This role plays a critical part in monthly User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles across approximately 10-12 concurrent projects. The right candidate will have strong manual testing experience, excellent time management skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.

This will be a long-term contract role with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position in the future . The position is based in St. Louis, MO , with a hybrid schedule : onsite 4 days per week , and 1 day remote .

You'll be part of a tight-knit, essential team that works side-by-side-fostering close collaboration, real-time communication, and strong team dynamics. This setup supports the demanding pace of the projects while creating an environment where teamwork and accountability are key to success.

Must-Have Skills :

• 5+ years of manual testing / UAT experience
• Strong ability to write and execute test cases from business documentation
• Experience with defect tracking & triage
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
