Average Weekly Pay (Per Driver) : $2,250 $3,850+

Base Pay : $0.98 per mile (with Hazmat) | $0.95 per mile (without)

Transition Pay Bonus : Up to $3,850 or $3,450 plus 2 days PTO in your first 30 days

Pay Raises : +$0.01 per mile at 1, 2, and 3 years of service

Home Time : 18 days out, 5 days home

Freight : 100% No-Touch | 95% Drop & Hook | No Canada or NYC

Bonuses & Incentives

Quarterly Safety Bonuses :

$3,250 (with Hazmat) or $2,850 (without) + 2 Paid Days Off every 90 days

Paid Practical Miles (loaded & empty)

Orientation : 4 days (rental car / flight provided + private hotel room, breakfast & lunch included)

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL

12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

Teams : 6 months accepted if partner has 24+ months

No DWIs in the past 7 years

No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

No DOT-reportable preventable accidents in the past 3 years

Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and Human Performance Evaluation

No drug test refusal or failure
