Office Manager (B2B Womens Fashion)

We're seeking a Wholesale Office Manager to spearhead customer service, B2B order management, shipping, accounts payable, billing, and more in our vibrant workplace.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all customer interactions, including B2B orders and inquiries.
• Organize and track purchase orders from our valued stockists.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including pulling and organizing items.
• Cultivate positive relationships with clients and resolve any issues promptly.
• Support CEO, account managers, and inventory specialists in daily operations.
• Maintain meticulous records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• Upsell & make commission on origination sales.
• Problem solving and creating strategies in real time for a variety of potential issues.

Requirements :

• MUST BE IN LOS ANGELES - IN PERSON ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS
• Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and think strategically under pressure.
• Stellar customer service attitude with a knack for problem-solving.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite. (Not required, can teach)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lift and move boxes when needed.
