As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, treat, and educate patients with disabilities, traumatic injuries, pain, or dysfunction to help them achieve their maximum functional potential and independence.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct patient care services in accordance with established safety protocols.
• Evaluate patients and develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Administer physician-prescribed physical therapy interventions for assigned patients.
• Manage and prioritize caseloads to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
• Apply appropriate treatment modalities to improve or minimize physical limitations.
• Identify treatment contraindications and consult with physicians as needed.
• Engage family members or caregivers in the therapy process and discharge planning.
• Tailor care plans to meet age-specific needs of each patient.
