Description

Principal Patient Safety Officer at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 80-hour, Variable shifts.

Reporting to the Director of Imaging, this position performs diagnostic medical radiographs.

Required Qualifications :

• Completion of comprehensive program in Radiological Technology.
• Upon hire : California Radiologic Technologist
• Upon hire : National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
