We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a full-time position in an outpatient non-profit community health center, specializing in integrated care. We have a passionate team dedicated to making a positive impact on clients and the community, giving access to essential services, including behavioral health, primary care, dental, and case management. Highlights :

  • Requirements : Doctoral Medical degree (MD / DO); Board Certified or Board Eligible;Active Connecticut license (or ability to obtain state license upon hiring);Excellent communication skills; Mission-alignment to support community healthcare
  • Responsibilities : Conduct routine check-ups, immunizations, and screenings; Diagnose and treat illnesses, infections, injuries, and other health issues; Develop and manage treatment plans for chronic illnesses (e.g., asthma, diabetes, ADHD); Provide counseling and support for nutrition, behavior, and child-related concerns (for FM physicians); Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care; Supervise student interns and / or residents in clinical settings if applicable
