SALES REPRESENTATIVE – AMAZON CANADA and MEXICO
Verbatim Americas seeks a dynamic SALES REPRESENTATIVE to drive revenue growth and expand our presence across Amazon's Canadian and Mexican marketplaces. This role will focus on executing sales strategies, managing product listings, optimizing marketplace performance, and building strong relationship with Amazon's regional teams. The successful candidate will work closely with our Key Account Manager to achieve ambitious growth targets in these rapidly expanding markets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for Amazon Canada and Mexico
- Identify and pursue new product opportunities and category expansion initiatives
- Monitor competitive landscape and pricing strategies to maintain market position
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts and performance reporting
Marketplace Management
Optimize product listings, content, and digital assets to maximize conversion ratesManage inventory planning and coordinate with supply chain to ensure optimal stock levelsExecute promotional campaigns, deals, and advertising initiativesMonitor and improve key performance metrics including conversion rates, traffic, and customer reviewsRelationship Management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Amazon Canada and Mexico teamsCoordinate with internal cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and financeCollaborate with the Key Account Manager on strategic initiatives and account planningServe as primary point of contact for day-to-day marketplace operationsMarket Intelligence & Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insightsAnalyze sales data and marketplace metrics to inform strategic decisionsPrepare regular reports and presentations for leadership teamMonitor competitor activities and marketplace changesQualifications : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace environmentsExperience with Amazon Vendor Central and marketplace management toolsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysisBilingual capabilities (English / Spanish for Mexico market preferred)Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthPreferred Qualifications :
Previous experience selling on Amazon Canada and / or Mexico marketplacesKnowledge of Amazon advertising platforms (Sponsored Products, DSP, etc.)Experience with inventory management and supply chain coordinationUnderstanding of international trade and cross-border e-commerceFamiliarity with marketplace analytics tools and reporting systemsKey Competencies
