Required Skills

Proven hands-on experience with concepting, writing, and producing copy across social and digital platforms, specifically short-form, high-impact content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Strong conceptual abilities, solid storytelling skills and a deep knowledge of the digital and social landscape.

Good client presentation skills demonstrating the ability to clearly articulate how ideas address the client\'s challenge.

Talent to inspire clients and team members with fresh, engaging language and creative ideas.

Desire to take on new challenges, grow and learn every day.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to be a "maker" - actively writing scripts, captions, headlines, and content in addition to leading teams.

Familiarity with and strong interest in the technology sector.

A portfolio that showcases a strong "maker" sensibility and diverse social media content, particularly short-form video and motion graphics.

Required Experience

A bachelor’s degree, English, Communications, Journalism or Advertising emphasis preferred.

Seven-plus years of experience in an agency setting (or in-house social team with high volume output).

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package. $75,000 — $180,000 USD
