Key Responsibilities
Oversee the governance and curation of the knowledge management process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the style guide
Evaluate data to enhance communication experiences and identify knowledge needs for article creation or updates
Collaborate with various departments and technical partners to ensure effective knowledge article management and integration with communication platforms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Knowledge Management, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field
CKM (Certified Knowledge Manager) certification
3-5 years of experience in managing knowledge management systems and developing knowledge articles
Relevant experience in chatbot integration and process design
Proven project management skills
