Job Description
Consultants will not be provided with a book of business. The role is focused on self-sourced opportunities that are new to the bank.
- Utilize prospecting tools bank will provide, cold calling, COI (Centers of Influence) development, and ongoing community engagement. Consultants focus will be on businesses with an annual spend of $1MM+.
- Conduct analysis to help streamline business expenses. Provide expert guidance for the best card program, ensuring businesses understand its benefits and best way to utilize the card.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceSeven to nine or more years of relevant work experienceAbility to travel (local and regional, some national)Preferred Skills / Experience
Well-developed sales and new business development skills, including the development of sales strategies and goals and closing skillsBusiness credit card sales experienceProven success developing COIsExperience working with business customers with $10MM+ in annual revenue preferredThorough knowledge of unit payment productsBasic knowledge of the organization and its products, services and operationsBasic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operationsStrong marketing, negotiation and decision-making skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong customer service / relation skills with ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issuesExcellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skillsGood understanding of basic accounting principles related to financial transactionsBenefits
