Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, banking, or a contact center
Ability to assist customers effectively in English and Spanish (if bilingual)
Proficiency in using current technology and software applications related to the position
Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
