Injection Mold Technician Supervisor

Job Description

Supervise and lead a team of injection mold technicians while overseeing the setup and operation of 750-ton injection molding presses and robotic automation (3- and 6-axis). Coordinate mold changes and production schedules to meet output goals, troubleshoot quality and performance issues in real-time, and ensure proper maintenance and operation of molding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of injection mold technicians.
• Oversee setup and operation of 750-ton injection molding presses and robotic automation (3- and 6-axis).
• Coordinate mold changes and production schedules to meet output goals.
• Troubleshoot quality and performance issues in real-time.
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of molding equipment.
• Train team members on best practices and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes.
• Monitor production metrics and report performance to management.

The pay range for this position is $79040.00 - $89440.00 / yr.
