Regional On Premise Manager
Drive the sales and marketing of Red Bull in on-premise accounts within their assigned region, working collaboratively with their team of Musketeers. The ROPM will be responsible for training, coaching, developing, and evaluating the Musketeers to ensure a high-performing team. Additionally, the ROPM will focus on building the brand image in the on-premise sector, ensuring effective and efficient coverage by the Musketeers, and consistently improving the return on investment for Red Bull.

AREA MANAGEMENT
Secures an excellent, smart, and efficient coverage of the area with Musketeers
Builds and maintains relationships with key On Premise partners
Spends a minimum of four days a week in the field with Musketeers
Partnership agreement payments and budgets are properly managed
Maintains professional and appropriate conduct during day and night visits
Analyzes the region and account specific data to understand key business drivers
Manages team to ensure On Premise account staff understand the brand and Red Bull execution standards
Ensures accounts are properly serviced by Musketeers to drive increased sales
Ensures premium On Premise activation and High 5 execution at third party events inside On Premise venues
Leverages global and national activities / events in the right venues
Allocates resources to achieve the highest return on investment. Continuously improves dollar per case spending
Monitors market trends and maintains data on competition
STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLANNING & EXECUTION
Implements national and regional business plans.
Ensures that short-term and long-term strategies and activities align with RBNA guidelines.
Allocates resources to maximize return on investment, continuously improving spending efficiency measured in dollars per case.
Assists in the development of the business plan and budget for the business unit (BU).
Monitors market trends and maintains data on competitors.
Facilitates effective communication with RBNA, customers, and distributors.
MANAGING & COACHING
Guides, trains, and leads Musketeers toward achieving desired outcomes.
Provides proper coaching to Musketeers based on observed strengths and areas for improvement.
Inspires and motivates the team's success through various actions and initiatives.
Actively seeks out and engages with potential qualified candidates to join the team.
EXECUTION STANDARDS
Visibility : The ROPM collaborates with the OPM to ensure visibility is executed effectively to maximize sales.
Menu Listings and Cooler Facings : The ROPM ensures that Red Bull products are listed and displayed in compliance with RBNA guidelines and according to planograms.
Perfect Serve : The ROPM works with the OPM to guarantee that a cold Red Bull can is served to consumers, either as part of a cocktail or as a standalone beverage, when ordered.
Pricing : The ROPM collaborates with the OPM to promote the optimal pricing for Red Bull and Red Bull cocktails across all managed accounts, in alignment with RBNA guidelines.
Consumption Activation : The ROPM partners with the OPM to facilitate the sale of appropriate consumption activation tools and communication materials.
Qualifications
Extensive knowledge, strong industry contacts, and experience in the on-premise sector.
Over 4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
More than 2 years of management experience, preferably in the on-premise beverage industry.
Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to negotiate effectively.
Exceptional communication and active listening abilities.
A creative, solution-driven approach to problem-solving.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Fully understands and embodies the characteristics of the Musketeer profile.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Must be fluent in English; fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
Additional Information
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - 150,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
