Endocrinologist needed in New MexicoLocated in : Roswell NM & Carlsbad NMFull time, permanentDuties : Examine, diagnose, and provide comprehensive medical treatment for patients withhormonal imbalances, thyroid conditions, osteoporosis, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and otherendocrine disorders. Counsel patients on endocrinology disorders and their background. Ordertests and interpret the results of imaging studies. Prescribe and / or administer treatment andmedication. Monitor the behavioral and cognitive side effects of treatment and medication. Ordersupportive care services for patients. Liaise with medical professionals in the community andhospitals. Keep up-to-date with endocrinology developments, treatment, and medication.Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with specialty and / or position.Requirements : Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) Degree, Internal Medicine Residency andEndocrinology Fellowship, & New Mexico license to practice medicineThe practice : Twelve providers with 90 support staff, four modern / new clinics in Roswell, Carlsbad, and Hobbs.
