Entry-Level Assistant Manager - Leadership Development Program

About the Role As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager , you’ll play a key role in coordinating outreach operations, managing event teams, and ensuring campaign success.

Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations of nonprofit marketing and outreach campaigns Coach, motivate, and support team members to meet outreach goals Represent nonprofit partners at live events, retail activations, and fundraisers Oversee logistics, scheduling, and on-site event setup Analyze performance metrics and provide feedback for team growth Participate in leadership workshops and management development sessions Maintain accurate records and assist in long-term campaign strategy Qualifications We’re looking for ambitious, people-focused individuals who want to learn, lead, and grow.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus) 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
