    We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine repair and maintenance, with experience working on various types of heavy-duty vehicles. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

    • Responsibilities
    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
    • Conduct brake repairs and ensure air brake systems are functioning properly.
    • Assemble and fabricate parts as needed for repairs or modifications.
    • Maintain HVAC systems within diesel vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
    • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
    • Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on vehicles.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in diesel technology.
    • Requirements
    • Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role, preferably in a dealership setting.
    • Strong knowledge of diesel engine components, systems, and repair techniques.
    • Familiarity with air brake systems and brake repair procedures.
    • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively and efficiently.
    • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
    • Valid driver's license is required; CDL is a plus.
