As a Senior Analyst you will ensure our sales organization has the processes, tools, and insights needed to be executed effectively. By streamlining operations, standardizing reporting, and supporting go-to-market execution, this role directly impacts revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and team productivity.
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Pay : $70,000 - $80,000 / year based on experience
What you will be doing :
- Serve as a strategic partner to the sales team by providing reporting and insights to improve performance.
- Support pitches, RFPs, and contract negotiations with customer data and sales collateral.
- Standardize and streamline sales processes, reporting, and enablement tools.
- Partner as an embedded analyst with the technology team on dashboards and reporting to track pipeline, performance, and goals.
- Auditing and ensuring accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.
- Deliver insights for business reviews, executive updates, and client presentations.
- Monitor overall account health and highlight opportunities to improve customer experience and retention.
- Monitor sales SLAs and performance metrics to ensure accountability.
- Define and report KPIs that align with customer expectations and sales goals.
- Proactively monitor reporting to help account teams manage customer success.
- Own the allocation, and ongoing management of sales quotas.
- Partner with finance and sales leadership to ensure quotas align with business objectives.
- Calculate, validate, and administer commission payments with accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide reporting and visibility into attainment against quotas and compensation plans.
- Support sales leadership in designing incentive structures that drive performance
- Partner with sales leadership and finance to evaluate customer opportunities and margin health.
- Support pricing reviews and deal desk processes with structured reporting and frameworks.
- Cross functionally collaborates with teams to improve tools / templates that highlight cost-to-serve and profitability drivers without heavy technical modeling.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, and finance teams to align sales execution with business goals.
- Translate sales results and pipeline trends into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Educate sales teams on best practices in CRM use, reporting, and sales process adherence.
- Must be willing and able to perform all other duties as assigned by management.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and equivalent work experience.Previous experience in the Logistics or Automotive field preferred5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role.Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and advanced Excel.Proven ability to streamline processes and drive sales productivity.Background in pipeline management, forecasting, or deal support preferred.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders.Benefits :
