What We Need :

Reporting to a Senior Engineering Manager, the Senior CNC Programmer will be responsible for running the internal prototype CNC Machine shop. This includes programing, setting up, and running 3 and 5 Axis CNC mills, saws, drill presses, and other machining equipment to support a fast-paced product development environment. This person will devise and manage complex CNC set-ups independently to ensure a quality product is produced.

What You’ll Do :

• Program, setup and run Hass 3 and 5 Axis CNC mills daily to produce small run prototype parts.
• Work directly with the engineering design team on critical parts and the fixtures required for machining them.
• Oversee the maintenance schedule of the machine shop and work with external vendors as needed for preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Work with external vendors to order the material and tooling needed to complete parts.
• Measure parts to ensure critical features meet required specifications.

Required Skills / Qualifications

Knowledge of proper use of measuring tools / gauges and cutting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Frequently lift to 50 lbs.

Salary Range - $95,000 - $115,000 (Based on experience) - The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations.
