Overview

HVAC Project Manager (KY) – Feldkamp Mechanical role at Kelso Industries. Feldkamp Mechanical is a leading mechanical contractor in the Ohio Valley region, specializing in commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This role is based in Lexington, KY and drives the success of large-scale HVAC projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all activities for assigned HVAC projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting.
• Review engineering and construction drawings for HVAC accuracy and constructability.
• Supervise subcontractors, project coordinators, and foremen to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, design teams, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and pay applications.
• Work closely with operations leadership to allocate labor and equipment resources.
• Monitor jobsite safety and enforce compliance with company standards.
• Identify and resolve project challenges quickly while maintaining momentum.
• Represent Feldkamp Mechanical at project meetings and prepare necessary reports.
