Job Summary
Program Administrator

Role :
The Program Administrator serves as a key link between the company and its clients, helping to ensure the success of educational assistance programs. This role works closely with different teams and reports to the Program Success Manager. The Program Administrator is responsible for providing excellent service, building strong client relationships, and continuously improving how the company supports its clients.
Key Responsibilities
Cycle Management : Lead a client portfolio of programs through its life cycle.
Manage and track the program’s progress and effectiveness
Design online platform to elevate the UI (User Interface) based on client objectives
Implement program modifications or enhancements utilizing performance analysis
Identify planning resource to meet client deliverables in a timely manner
Submit Finance and IT reporting requirements based on client’s needs
Planning and Implementation : Energetically participate in projects to understand the process that turns strategies into actions to accomplish objectives.
Collaborate with leaders and strategic partners to enhance services
Actively communicate successes and opportunities through learnings
Partner with peers in program design and business requirement gathering
Manage implementation project plan based on proven process
Utilize the Division Scorecard Data Report as a tool to enhance program results
Client Experience : Collaborate to deliver our value proposition by finding a tailored service solution that aligns with the client’s individual needs.
Maintain client satisfaction by determining root cause of complex issues
Recommend potential products or services to peers by analyzing client’s goals
Evaluate and assess assigned programs’ NPS (Net Promotor Scores) results, applicant, and client feedback
Providing strategic guidance and insights to optimize operational effectiveness
Analyze, execute, and review client contracts on a consistent basis
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience in relationship management required
Three (3) years’ experience working in Higher Education related industry preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Advanced ability to create and maintain accurate and organized documentation
Ability to influence others in virtual environments
Strong technical aptitude utilizing the company’s standard development platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency with Office 365 products (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
Preferred technical expertise in data analysis in SQL

Work Environment
This role is a remote position that utilizes computer-based tools such as email, messaging, VoIP phone, chat, and video-conferencing apps.
Much of the typical workday is computer-based. A fast, reliable internet connection is required for remote work.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm CT. Hours may be flexible and vary as needed. Limited travel is possible with this position. Short duration trips several times per year may be required.
