A company is looking for a Mortgage Training Manager to lead training programs for the mortgage originations team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of training specialists focused on instructional design and training logistics
Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs and align programs with strategic goals
Monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of higher education and / or work experience, including at least 3 years in training or technical support, with 2 years in a supervisory role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field; Master's preferred
5+ years of experience in mortgage operations or sales training, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of mortgage origination processes and regulatory environment
Experience with LMS platforms and instructional design tools
