Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on building and maintaining internal development platforms that empower our software engineering teams. This group owns and operates critical infrastructure tools such as Terraform Enterprise, GitHub Enterprise, Nexus, and SonarQube , and plays a key role in ensuring quality, security, governance, and efficiency across the software development lifecycle. You'll be responsible for driving platform reliability, scalability, and usability while supporting a team of engineers through mentorship, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Our internal customers are primarily software engineers, and your work will directly impact their productivity and success.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and grow a team responsible for core development infrastructure platforms
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of supported services, meeting or exceeding SLAs
• Collaborate with security and engineering teams to embed best practices across the SDLC
• Drive the development and maintenance of Copilot-related metrics and dashboards using Amazon QuickSight
• Oversee observability tooling and practices, including Splunk and Datadog, to ensure visibility into system health and performance
• Establish and enforce governance standards for internal platforms, including access controls, compliance, and audit readiness
• Partner with leadership to define team strategy, roadmap, and long-term goals
• Promote engineering excellence through best practices in infrastructure as code, CI / CD, and platform governance
• Support change management and continuous improvement through agile methodologies
