Logistics Service Representative
A prominent food and beverage company in South Seattle is seeking to hire five Logistics Service Representatives for a six-month contract. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a Fortune 500 firm.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across systems and documentation.
- Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to support shipment scheduling, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and update systems with shipment and order status to ensure visibility and compliance.
- Respond to routine inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding order status, delivery timelines, and documentation.
- Identify and escalate service disruptions or order discrepancies to team members for resolution.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
- Keep current on all portfolio products and related updates, including offerings, shipping procedures, and promotions, to ensure accurate and informed customer support.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance to ensure consistent service and team reliability.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr.
