Responsibilities

Hiring Immediately

Sunstates Security is hiring Flex Security Officers for ALL shifts in the Kansas City, Kansas area. These positions offer a pay rate of $22.50 / hr paid weekly

• Provide trained, competent security support by working shifts that become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes.
• Be trained at various posts and facilities based on operational need; assignments may not be permanent.
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling (shifts, days off, hours per week) based on operational need.
• Accept shifts as they become available and communicate unavailability in advance.
• For short-notice call-ins, work at least 80% of the shifts for which you are called; excessive refusal may impact employment status.

Other duties include performing a multitude of tasks as specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer must read and understand Post Orders and SOP and act quickly and efficiently according to directives.

KS Unarmed Security License
