The company offers competitive pay ranging from $18 to $23 per hour, with opportunities for growth. Positions are available for both full-time and part-time roles, with expected hours between 36 to 48 per week. The benefits package includes a 401(k) plan, dental insurance, a flexible schedule, health insurance, paid orientation, and paid training. Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Care Plan Implentation
  • Understanding of Dementia- Knowledge of different types of Dementia, their symptoms, and progression to provide appropriate care.
  • Emotional Support- Building a trusting relationship with those under their care

Qualifications :

  • Alzheimer's care : 3 years (Required)
  • Locked Unit Expereince
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Possess patience, sensitivity and compassion for people who have lost the ability to control emotions
  • Current TB Test
  • Home Care Aide Certification (Required)
  • Driver w / valid car insurance
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
