Workday Solutions Consultant

A company is looking for a Workday Solutions Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Recommend and implement process improvements and innovative solutions for HRIS systems

Define and configure customer system changes in line with business strategies

Manage customer projects, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience

5-6 years of HRIS and business analysis experience

Experience configuring large global HRIS platforms, particularly Workday or ServiceNow

Demonstrated project management skills for medium to large projects

Functional knowledge in key HR areas such as benefits and payroll
