Job Description – Team Member (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Supervision Received and Exercised
- Reports directly to Shift Managers and the General Manager.
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Job Functions
Essential duties may include, but are not limited to :
Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service while upholding Guthrie’s standards of hospitality and food quality.Prepare and serve Guthrie’s menu items with care, consistency, and attention to safety.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times.Greet guests with energy and professionalism to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.Support fellow team members across kitchen, service, and dining areas as needed.Use kitchen and service equipment correctly and safely, following training guidelines.Exhibit a positive attitude, team-first mentality, and pride in representing Guthrie’s.Participate in ongoing training and development with an eagerness to learn.Compensation Classification

Restaurant environment :Exposure to kitchen equipment (fryers, grills, refrigeration units), cleaning agents, and food prep materials

Use of point-of-sale (POS) systems and front-of-house toolsPhysical demands include :Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks for long periods
