OLP Clinician

Salary : $32.97-$34.62 / hr.

Position Summary :

Under the direction of the Director, provide behavioral health services for children / adolescents and their families using various modalities including individual and family therapy. These functions are performed under general supervision, necessitating the ability to exercise independent and sound judgment. This role requires travel (Bronx and Manhattan) and providing home and community-based services.

Essential Duties :

• Complete a clinical assessment to establish a treatment plan for the child / youth and family.
• Carry a caseload of 14 clients.
• Provide individual, family and group therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention (by phone or in person)
• Complete all assessments and progress notes in a timely manner.
• Submit billing encounter forms in a timely manner.
• Monitor timelines and goals to ensure positive outcomes
• Use and identify best practices to build a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Communicate progress and challenges to all staff and stakeholders
• Carefully manage resources; both human and financial
• Comply with all privacy laws including HIPAA, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
