Track market trends, valuations, and DSO industry benchmarks.

Requirements :

5+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related fields.

Strong experience in healthcare or dental services (DSO experience a major plus).

Proven track record of successfully sourcing, evaluating, and closing deals.

Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

Travel occasionally to potential partner sites across the region.
