PHYSICAL THERAPIST RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage physical therapy plan of care for all clients
• Maintain accurate documentation of the plan of care within company timelines
• Utilize evidence-based practice and skills to assess, plan, and implement interventions
• Ensure that clients and families receive the highest quality of care through a caring and compassionate approach to services
• Work with other health care professions, providing education and training as required
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow all HIPAA and company policies and procedures
• Train new occupational therapy team members on job post functions
• Maintain safety of clients and staff by following all cleaning policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the Quality Manager for clinical in-services and continuing education
• Perform other duties as delegated, required or requested

Salary Description

$34 - $52 per hour (based on experience)
