ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Maintenance Technician.

The General Maintenance Technician will complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures. Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities. Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary. Assists in emergencies as needed.

Pay Rate : $27.03 / hour

The pay listed is the hourly range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities

• Light Carpentry : Perform tasks such as repairing, installing, and maintaining wooden structures and fixtures.
• Drywall Repair : Repair and patch drywall, ensuring a smooth and finished appearance.
• Painting : Prepare surfaces and apply paint, stains, and finishes with precision and quality.
• Paver Installation : Lay and level pavers for pathways, patios, and other outdoor surfaces.
• Event Support : Assist with the setup, teardown, and maintenance of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Holiday Decor Installation : Install and maintain holiday decorations, including lights, ornaments, and other festive elements.
• Aerial Boom Operation : Safely operate aerial boom equipment to access high or hard-to-reach areas for various tasks
