Automotive Aftermarket Coordinator
Our client, an Automotive company, is looking for an Automotive Aftermarket Coordinator for their Warren, MI / Hybrid location. Responsibilities include :
Support and maintain an eCommerce website, focusing on :
Backend tasks
Managing small improvement projects
Acting as second-level support for the help desk
Handle requests from :
Helpdesk (e.g., customer refunds, blocked accounts (review and decide on unblocking, etc.)
IT teams for system improvements
Service teams related to dealer services
Work within the Aftermarket space.
Will receive training on specific internal systems.
Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint is important.
Assist in creating "How-To" training materials for website users.
May need to work through shutdowns and exceptions, especially due to the customer-facing nature of the role.
Automotive aftermarket experience required
2-3 years of experience, open to 1 year of experience as well!
Dealership experience (not currently there, but previous)
Excel & PowerPoint
Automotive aftermarket experience
Someone open to learning
