• Electronic Medical Record : \nCerner EMR (Cerner experience preferred) Registered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Active RN license in Alabama or Compact State\n
• BLS certification required\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg RN experience\n
• Cerner EMR experience preferred\n
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility\n
• Ability to work every other weekend Med / Surg RN Responsibilities\n
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Med / Surg unit\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes\n
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner EMR system\n
