Key Responsibilities
Support data governance initiatives and analyze business requirements to align technical solutions with organizational goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system functionality meets requirements and quality standards
Analyze and present data to support business decision-making and ensure data quality across systems
Required Qualifications
0-3 years experience in Data Governance, preferably in the insurance industry
Experience with Databricks Unity Catalog
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or equivalent experience
Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and consumer data regulations
Understanding of data governance principles and data management practices
