Position Summary
Provide support on Turnkey Projects that involve part run-offs.
Exercising good, independent judgment to achieve optimal results. Use advanced machining process knowledge to solve problems and produce quality products / parts.
Scope and Responsibilities
Essential duties include, but are not limited to :
- Operate Horizontal Machining Centers
- Analyze processes to produce parts using information from CMM
- Execute turnkey / runoff applications including programming, tooling, and fixture recommendations
- Work with customers to resolve manufacturing issues
- Optimize machining processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Off-shift work may be required
- Maintain ISO 9001 & 14001 compliance
