A company is looking for a Client Services Representative to provide support and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team through meeting scheduling and follow-up
Manage NetSuite and Suiteapp License Renewals while maintaining client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the software or technology industry
Strong understanding of NetSuite products and services is highly desirable
Experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft CE)

Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
