Clarasys - Boston, Massachusetts (Hybrid, 3 days in office per week)

This role has a hire date of August, we are starting our search now, and anticipate starting in September 2025.

Who are you?

• You are skilled at managing client relationships and have experience working with large, highly complex organizations.
• You have a strong Boston network and are eager to help bring custom consulting solutions to the market.
• You are a natural mentor who brings a teaching mindset to your work, and you value both formal and informal opportunities to support others’ growth.
• You are passionate about your work and have a consulting background with strong stakeholder management skills and analytical abilities.

We are looking for consultants with 8-15 years experience leading complex client engagements in these areas :
